I feel like I've been sort of half-hearted about almost everything recently. Schoolwork, theatre, friends, I don't know. Hopefully it's just an off-week. Who can say. So I just watched the series premiere of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. And I just have to say...are they allowed to say "masturbation" on network TV? Here's something that's been bothering me for a while: the word "homosexual". More and more I get the feeling that, for the most part, it is used with a negative connotation--ed primarily by Republicans and others who clearly disapprove of the idea and make it apparent in the way they say it. So weekend. Yes. I had a very good weekend. Marissa came here, though at first she had to leave because she was seeing Ben Folds in Philly (JEALOUS). While she was doing that, I sat around and watched The Fisher King, which was pretty bizarre (but then again, it's directed by Terry Gilliam). Last night was End of Classes Jam. Oh man. Drew a capella...I can't even tell you. I cannot even tell you. But they did things for the Seniors in the respective groups and the seniors sang their songs--and at the end, all the seniors from all the groups got together and sang "Fire and Rain", and it was really sad.
